you are looking ripped man! hehe. training is going great. been having the best workouts lately. im gaining some size all over..especially legs which is good. Im actually going to train legs later on.

I used to hate legs but once i started to see some growth, i look forward to training them and being sore. if they are not sore, i am not happy!

thanks bud. sometimes i feel like im not making progress and i feel small. haha. i guess that is what helps push myself more during my workouts.

Its going good. Had to take a few days off last week for company holuday dinners and my birthday but im back on schedule. Going to hit back today. How about you?

it took me forever to hit 200. I finally gave up on weighing in and checking. And a month after i stopped, I checked and i was at 203. I was like WTF!!! It pumped me up and I started training even harder. LOL

I weighed in at 206.4 today at the gym. I guess my next target would be 215 with minimal fat gain. That will take me awhile. No rush. Im increasing the weights on every exercise.
