I wanted to change my body and be one of the guys that I would see at the gym with some muscle mass!
Why I Love It:
Sounds dumb but its true what they say..when you look good, you feel good. My confidence has sky rocketed thanks to my workouts and appearance change. And getting healthy doesn't hurt either!
How I Stay Motivated:
By seeing everyone on here and the transformations keeps me motivated. I go to the gym and work on my break through. I still have some work to do but no pain no gain right?

My weekend so far has been shopping with my teenage daughter at the mall. Oh my... that will wear out anybody! Did a lot of walking & toting of heavy bags. Hope you are having a great pre-Thanksgiving weekend!
Things are good here. I've been tired lately but other than that OK. I did an arm routine yesterday that has me nce and sore- which is unusual as I don't usually have sore arms. That's good right!?
That's awesome! Your gym-time looks like it's really paying off man...Great avi. As for my legs, to be honest it's mainly genetics lol...But, I do the basics as well like squats, lunges, kick-boxing, etc. I also play tennis sometimes too.
Me neither lol! Chicken chicken chicken and more Chicken! "I'm Chicken craz-zy lol!" But there is going to be turkey, but I'm going after the turkey leg, that the only part I like on a turkey. I'm definitely going to attack the rest of the food lol!
