I wanted to change my body and be one of the guys that I would see at the gym with some muscle mass!
Why I Love It:
Sounds dumb but its true what they say..when you look good, you feel good. My confidence has sky rocketed thanks to my workouts and appearance change. And getting healthy doesn't hurt either!
How I Stay Motivated:
By seeing everyone on here and the transformations keeps me motivated. I go to the gym and work on my break through. I still have some work to do but no pain no gain right?

It was 20 degrees at 7 am when I walked the dog this morning. Got up to a balmy high 40s be 2 pm. Will be in the low 30s during the day by the end of the week. I miss living in Ventura!

Had a quiet Thanksgiving with my surviving brother staying in town for a few days. Was nice to hang out, eat & talk about old times. Put up the Xmas tree & outside lights while the weather was decent. Much colder than 805 early winter, believe me! Family is important during the holidays & I was glad to have all mine around me, even though we are now a smaller group than last year. Hopw your holiday was super! :)

Thanks man. I am mixing it up again. I wish I could just full on bulk but I cant because I am going on a cruise for christmas so I need to do a little of both so I dropped 4 lbs and gained muscle mass last week. I thought to myself if only every week was like this I would be in business. I appreciate the compliments as well!
