I wanted to change my body and be one of the guys that I would see at the gym with some muscle mass!
Why I Love It:
Sounds dumb but its true what they say..when you look good, you feel good. My confidence has sky rocketed thanks to my workouts and appearance change. And getting healthy doesn't hurt either!
How I Stay Motivated:
By seeing everyone on here and the transformations keeps me motivated. I go to the gym and work on my break through. I still have some work to do but no pain no gain right?
I know i have bugged some of you for advice but I'm totally seeing the results. The gains are coming in slowly but surely. So a quick thanks to all you guys and gals that have taken the time to respond. I might be hitting you up again with more questions. Ha! THANKS!!!

I know. I just dont understand how some of these guys can become muscle heads in like 7 or 8 months and I have been working out that long with onliy slight change. I am going to go buy some Jack3d today. You know thats the frustrating part(Listed above). Genetics can be a B I otch. lol Oh well. Next workout day Sunday. Looking forward to pawning the weights.

Dude i know bro. But look at you. You're getting Jacked my body is acting like Hypertrophy is not needed or something. I think i am getting Atrophy. Catabolic state or something. Its impossible I work out 4 days a week and 2 days cardio. I am thinking about taking some Jack3d. I need to become relentless in the GYM. My Iphone told me I was a jabroni the other day. lol.
