Review: Out of the supplements I have taken this is the only one I can drink with ease without gagging. It tastes great. I only used one tub that lasted me a week so I really didnt notice any differences but I plan on trying bananas and creme in the future.

Review: Tastes ok, not as good as muscle milk but I believe i put on 7 or 8 pounds with one tub, i just didnt have the money to continue buying...so i lost that weight immedietly.
