How I Started:
Decided that football after high school was possible. Thus, I decided that I would start lifting to try and continue playing football at the collegiate level. Now because of football I have gained over 35 lbs of muscle in two years.
Why I Love It:
I loved the results that I was seeing from lifting weights. I now love to spend time in the gym, it is a way for me to relax and have time with myself or friends, and release a little stress, anger, etc.
How I Stay Motivated:
As of now, football is my motivation since everday I lift gets me one step closer to becoming a stronger athlete.
BB Accomplishments:
Going from a skinny 180 lb boy to a solid 215 lb man.
