ammonblack I drink a gallon to two gallons of water a day. This will help flush out extra water weight. I will manipulate my carbs, Also known as carb cycling. You can rotate it a number of ways but I like to go 3-4 low carb days and then a reload or high day. Carbs normally are your main source of energy, when you cut them down your body starts tapping into your fat as energy. Products like CLA and L-Carnitine also help the body use fat as an energy source. Nov 29, 2012 7:48pm
