anything where you have heavy weights above your face or head (dumbbell shoulder press/military press)

What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
still feel shoulder pop now 10 years later . i got it from using bad form on lat pull downs (behind the head with heavy weight). I am still limited in some exercises because of it
