was a competitive runner so I dont really have to balance it. I doubt there's any way I could put in the kind of mileage CC requires and still make any appreciable muscle gains.
What happened to "If you build it they will come.." haha, I've been using that lately, little FieldODreams reference. Anyways you might wanna try more of a gainer protein as well. The ripped should stay since you're young enough and your Metabolism is probably at its peak. It's hard to eat enough to put on good size when you're watching calories and what not, but you shouldn't have to worry about that. That's my opinion, anyone else?
Haha, nice signature. 240 bench by December? I think you can do better than that, looks like you've got to be pretty close. Also, are you taking any other supplements?
