Great partner , thanks for asking how about yourself, I started to workout again intense this week , I gave my body a break , I had gone down to 215, and 8%bf but started to looked to sucked up , now Iam at 230 and 10.5 %bf,I feel great at this weight,

That's the best time to do cardio , I think , you'll really notice the difference it's hard at first but once you get use to it. You'll see a new person , you can see the difference from when you started. To now keep up the great job

How are u my friend , I see you doing great , great progress , keep it up . I've actually been working Allot, iam trying to get in the gym 3(2)4 times a week . But I've kept my same weight and bf , actually there's days I got down to 220, and look more cut, my body got use to this weight. That's were Ian at, keep it up
