I was inspired by reading magazines about Bruce Lee. I start doing push-ups, varius ab exercises, body weight exercises, etc. Then I started using 25lbs of weight plates. Eventually started working with with "real" weights for a spell when I was 17 or 18. I really just started hittin it hard December of 2004.
Why I Love It:
I love the results. I love the attention. I love the challenge of setting goals and achieving them.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm never 100% satisfied with my body, so that keeps me focused on working harder. I know every minute I'm not training or eating healthy someone else is. Reading new articles and looking at fitness/bodybuilding magazines keeps me motivated.
BB Accomplishments:
Just being able to continue working out regularly and maintaining a decent diet.
I'm trying to get up to 200-205lbs, and keep my bodyfat around 5-7%. I've been setting weight goals and achieving them all year, but once I do I'm still not satisfied. With my frame and build I think 200 should do it. I want to one day be on the cover of a fitness magazine, preferably Men's Health. I would also like to be a model for a brand of supplements.
When people find out that I workout I always get asked the famous question…What is your max on the bench? In my mind I say “I don’t max out, I workout”. I always tell them about 3 or I say I can’t take any chances maxing out back here by myself. My Friday workout is full body with...
Damn, man you look great. Awesome mass on your chest and size on your arms. You have really inspired me big guy. I want to be just like you. Take care and good luck in achieving all your goals and reaching your personal physique objectives, clearly you are well on your way!
Have you had the chance to use Inventor? It is a awesome program. Not as cool as Pro-E...but really good none the less. You have an awesome physique, keep up the great work. God Bless you and good luck with everything you do.
I just read your latest blog...Awesome! Prior to my going back into the Army, I spent 15 years as a Design Engineer. What CAD package do you use? God Bless and continued success in every aspect of your life.
I am not consistent when it comes to taking supplements. This was my first time taking supps in about two years. I started SP 250 & Size On as well. I did feel stronger on some workouts, but couldn't say if it was the supps or mental. I am going to the desert in a couple of days and will get back on something. Over there I will not be as consumed with work and will have nothing to do but workout. Check back and I will keep checking your progress.
Finish strong,
Fox
I'm sorry for the delay, but I haven't taken it in a while. I took it consistently for a week and stopped. I'm sure it would work fine though. All Gaspari products do. How is your training coming along?
tru that. you look solid though, so that's a plus. slow and steady is really the way to do it; this way any gains you make will be solid. I read your blog too; actually cycling supplements is a good idea because your body doesn't get used to them so they keep working. keep doin your thing though, no doubt you'll get there.
