How I Started:
I was inspired by reading magazines about Bruce Lee. I start doing push-ups, varius ab exercises, body weight exercises, etc. Then I started using 25lbs of weight plates. Eventually started working with with "real" weights for a spell when I was 17 or 18. I really just started hittin it hard December of 2004.
Why I Love It:
I love the results. I love the attention. I love the challenge of setting goals and achieving them.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm never 100% satisfied with my body, so that keeps me focused on working harder. I know every minute I'm not training or eating healthy someone else is. Reading new articles and looking at fitness/bodybuilding magazines keeps me motivated.
BB Accomplishments:
Just being able to continue working out regularly and maintaining a decent diet.

Goal (Long):
I gave up on the 200lb goal. I try for a year or more and never got there. The highest I seen was 192. Maybe I was working against myself. My diet was 85-90% strict. I never had the recommended 2000-2500 cals or 200 grams of protein aday. Also I was working for bulk and cut at the same time. I'll continue to reach for the 200, but it's not a main goal any more.

I want to GAIN 10 lb

Hey Cuz I got a question wind you was on the H-Drol after you got off from it did your muscle maintain the strength, and size wind you got off it just wonder because now my muscle starting to breakdown and losing some of my strength now I hope that wasn't the case if so I need to keep taking the supplement at all times or alternate by monthly if I can I going the called them about that

If milk is in it, you might want to change it to coconut milk if you can find any. Yeah, of course the equivalent amount costs more than a gallon of milk (and drives the price of a shake to at least 2 bucks), but you'll get some good extra calories in.
what's going cuz how is training man, well bench press have went up, but I haven't max out yet the most I did doing the workout is 355 I probably max sometime soon
damn that's a lot to come down; if he competes routinely though it can be done; i have a friend who came down from around 250 to 191 for a comp. you gonna do it?
what's up cuz how is everything going man the stack is working very well I at my highest 190 now, but I also taking supplement like ensure plus but more advance called TwoCal HN by Ross Nutrition I get it from the hospital have 475 cal per can take 2 to 3 a day. Just update you on the stack now

It is cool I have to up my protein intake. I do not want to intake too much protein. The leg workouts are very painful but I am enduring them. I want the hams. NO more distance runner legs.
