ok cardio is important.start with four days a week for a month at 45 minutes each time make sure to get your heart rate up.after a month go up to five days a week.weights go three to four days a week 4sets-12-15reps for each excersise.nutrtion-eat 5-6 times a day small meals instead of eating 3 big meals.eat foods high in protein and eat good carbs.let me know how its going.
