I've always worked out - just haven't been consistent enough to make a difference! Now I'm 38 and mad about my lack of progress.
Why I Love It:
I typically don't like working out. The feeling of accomplishment after the workout is what I like.

I'm keeping it simple. I'm hitting each muscle group twice weekly. I'm not into high volume training. I like to perform two sets of about 8-10 reps, with about 1-2 minutes between sets.
Squats & dumbell SLDL's for legs.

the numbers are more of a guide to ensure you are lifting weight for that 30-72 second window that muscles are able to grow. Make sure you are going slow and controlled, and lay just enough stress on to promote growth and you'll be good
