Goal (Long):
over the last three months ive been able to lose weight while gaining strength but i still need to lose about 25-30 lbs i will do this slowly and the healthy way in order to keep my strength up. also acu joint in shoulder finally healed so im hoping for a major jump in bench press . i want to at least bench 375- 400 by december

I wish you much success in achieving your goal. I used the Body for Life program, which is only 12 weeks and had pretty good results so if you are interested it's worth a look-see. It isn’t easy but it isn’t so hard that you can’t achieve your goals. I wish you strength, determination and success and if I can be of assistance feel free to give me a yell.
