Overall Goal: To bulk to 175 and then cut to 150 or so for comp next year! Too busy at work to do the marches and I am getting ready to leave Belgium in the next month!
Fit Status:
Went in for kidney stones on the right and found out that I have one on the left to!

When I Started:
Mar, 2009
How I Started:
I grew up on a farm, so hard work has been a part of my life and wrestling has also been a huge part of my life, whole family wrestles. Hoping to get back on a team when I get outta here and wrestle for the Army again.
Why I Love It:
Been working out for a decade and a half, always been impressed with the size of bodybuilders and ability of one's body to get that size.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that there are guys out there my height and they are huge, for example, Lee Priest. The man deserves to have an S on his chest.
BB Accomplishments:
I am not a bodybuilder, just a guy that loves the sport, would have only wished to have gotten that big and more into it at a younger age. The military requires us to run too much for me to get that big. I do MMA, started about 5 years ago and enjoy every minute of beating the crap outta anyone that steps in the cage wit me! Cage fighting is illegal here in Belgium, so I haven't been able to fight for the last 2.5 years, sucks, can't wait to get outta here!

I went to the states for a month and wasn't able to do anything due to health issues. Now I am back and in good health hoping to meet my goals before I leave Belgium.
To bulk to 175 and then cut to 150 or so for comp next year! Too busy at work to do the marches and I am getting ready to leave Belgium in the next month!
Goal (Long):
-I would like to lose the out of shapeness fat that I developed on my lower abs while out of commission due to injury while in Bulgaria.
-Run a 1200 minute 2 mile again. Used to run a 1040 2 mile, getting too old for that I think!
-If I didn't have to run soo much, I would like to look like Lee Priest or Branch Warren! THEY ARE MONSTERS!
He reps for us vertically challenged lol! No, for real though, dude is ripped and huge for his size and it is exactly what I am looking to achieve. He is at the same weights that I have in my goals before I even looked at his stats, that says something. People that remind me of me are inspirational to me, because it is a rare trait to find!
Lifted legs on Friday the 13th and my right calve cramped up, at least that is what I thought it was! I hobbled around on it the rest of the day until the next morning. I woke up and it was swollen about 2 inches and super tight, I couldn't even straighten my leg, even spent the next 3 days...
Ahhh..bummer. In Hawaii and stuck in lockdown with 14 guys...hmmm..on second thought might not be so bad, lol. Yea, I'm just bein a badgirl, haha. How was your weekend...any fun and excitement?
thanks! I'm kind of shocked myself. That's why I like taking pics. I can see the differences. For me it has been the diet that has helped me out greatly.
Hahaha...too funny. Well thanks, thanks,,,glad you like the new pics. And I'm gonna be killin' it for sure on this end. Come up with a plan for those abs yet??
Thanks man and good luck on your recovery. Good luck on getting somewhere they all MMA too. One of my buddies here is a recruiter now, but was a sniper in Afghanistan. He started fighting too, so I now how hard you guys train.
