How I Started:
I began years ago in high school for wrestling. Then I joined the military and continued, but never really maintained a diet until early 95. Then fell of the wagon.
Why I Love It:
The body changes, the boost in energy, and increase of self-confidence
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at the Soldier that are younger and contiunally out performing them in a task
I wasn't lifting weights at this time. I was running and doing regular military physical training. About 25 miles a week. 185lb
Ten days without cardio. This is with weight training only due to pinched nerve in the leg. 1 Jan, I will start with Cardio every day and abs every day. Next picture 30 Jan.
What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
Stright Leg Deadlift. The possibility of a lower back injury and the time that it takes due to the injury. I also think that weighted lunges for a runner is pretty dangerous. How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
15 for the first two sets and then 10 for the last two. Muscular endurance and build strength

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
no more than 60 seconds, adds a little cario to the workout
April 4th, Had spinal injection. 1 day of bed rest followed by 3 days of light duty. Starting workout again. I'm having to start out light due to injury not acually being fixed. Currently have 4 buldging disk and 1 rupterd disk L1-L5.
