i work 10 - 7 and by the time i get to the gym it is almost 8. After a long day it is hard but muscleprime by allmax nutrition really gives me that kick in the ass haha

Nik, good luck on your transformation. I'm looking forward to 2008 and really making some new goals and working hard to achieve them. Hit it hard in 2008, and watch and see how we'll look by March.

Yeah I take it every day. Twice on training days, once in the morning and again around 1330. It is just a vitamin though so it is safe to take everyday. I like it alot better than any other vitamin I have ever taken.

High Protein, moderate fat, low carbs (Vegetable carbs ok). After that count calories then hit the cardio. If you've got everything in check the fat will melt off and you'll start to see some muscle gains.
