I have slowly gotten to where I am today over the years. Once I started working out seriously, I saw some good progress in a couple months. When I was younger, I lifted without really knowing what I was doing, so things happened pretty slowly then.

I started when I got to high school. I figured I needed a little size on me if I wanted to play any kind of sport. I loved it, and have been working out ever since. How have your first few weeks been going?
