Overall Goal: I need to get rid of my poping-forward-belly, than strenghten my left side, ANd started cutting now. AND bare-back horse riding, THAT IS some BODYBUILDING:-)
Fit Status:
CUT...MOre workouts..ABS, Shoulders, BACK, PECS
I always liked to be fit, and wanted to be buff. BUt in 2007, I really got hooked when I tried to workout harder and found BB.COM and get sterted with my new lifestyle.
Why I Love It:
I can change everithin, If I can change my phisique like this:-)
How I Stay Motivated:
When I see my musceles growing I keep building em. I can see some really gains and changes!!!! I love my body growing

Goal (Long):
I was always lean and skinny. People were making funn of me for being so weak. SO when I was about 15 I started to do some pushups here and there, nothin serious. ANd as I always was runnin' around a woods and ridding a bike I got my self a good base for bodybuilding. Last summer(2007) I got crashed on a bike and hurted my right clavicle and shoulder. While it was healing, i got angry for bein' so week and fragile, so I sturted pushing harder and doin' those pushups more often and with more reps. Then I found bodybuilding.com and everythin started for real!! SO I wanna be fit Mind and body, ANd balanced. I want to be good loking and in grate shape able of what ever monkey stuff I'll want.
SO I am looking forward to add some 10kgs of pure muscles, and to drop to 5%BF(maybe lower, lets see what it can do:-)THERE IS A LONG WAY AHEAD FOR ME
There is one-room-flat with a bathroom, but it is old and need the reconstruction, so I am going to do it, I've started today, by demolishing the floor...Not yet done..But I hope I'll get it done tomorow. SO HOpe if everithing will go as I want I'll get my new home till the end of this year..

It is hard to add size when you reach your 40's. I have to use all different kinds of rep ranges, drop sets,ect to keep foolin body. Diet makes the training program...I finally figured out. : ) TY for the kind words and keep workin it hard!
dang bro! falling off horses, getting nibbled on! -haha ...exciting weekend indeed but what the heck is up with the horses thinking you're a big bale of hay! lol ...My weekend was good man, it was HOT as F! So I spent lots of time in the pool.
