How I Started:
I am triing to work out for about four years but it was like I'v made some pushups time to time, or goes to tha gym. BUt nothin serious. Until now!
I really started doing somethin, when I am at home I do push ups lifts ect....I wanted to be astrong man not a weak like girl looking litle boy.
Why I Love It:
Becouse U get yourself fit you know. And there is that kind of self finding. Like that when U think that U can't excersize annymore...U try and finally U find out that U can and that U can do much more than U thought!!!!
How I Stay Motivated:
When I see my musceles growing I keep building em. My friends helps me by teling my how I groved that thay can see that. Makes me feel good U know. SO I work out hard at a time... NOw on a diet, I can see some really gains and changes!!!! I love my body growing

Goal (Long):
SO I was always the small skiny boy, and now I wanna be a big muscle MAN. I wanna be a man who is wotrh recpect and honor. With my exterial transformation, I am working on my interior too. I am changing my look at tha world. Lots of things are diferent now. So I wanna keep it up like that and be even betta. SO I wanna get those muscles up, about 10kgs of pure muscle mass, and became respected..like I wanna get some experiences, start acting more like aman than like aboy if you know what I meen.. SO thanks for your support, I am glad I know you all people here on bodybuilding...
So at bodybuildin my mine goal is to be ripped buff MAN, bigger than I am now..so want that 10KGs of pure muscles, and I hope I'll get em
Hell it finally gets me. Yesterday I realized how weekly I am paid in my job, i got less than manny of handworking staff here and I am theyr superior!!! SO that gets me...
BUt tha thing that really pissies me of is that I am still single!! I haven't got agirlfriend, and now it really makes...
Monday: 1km of Swiming(I am still learning how to swim corectly) This is cardiovascular training, but if I push my arms hard it is a muscle building training. It is compliet training for my whole body. Push my self at home if I got time or energy for that.
I want to add that i had a terrible standing before i lift. My upper back was hunched, my lower abs protruded and was full of pain on all my spine, working both sides has improved that.
I see littel development in your abs, but you have an incredible back. you have to include the vaccum in your routine because your internal organs are hold by an internal muscle not worked on regular abs exercises.
You can read about this, your spine as you know is very flexible due to the fact is made of little bones, to keep it straigth, your body uses the muscles all around, this is a balance between both sides of you. If you work out a lot of back and no chest or shoulders, the increase tone of your back muscles will pull your back, if you work a lot of chest and no back, the tone of chest pulls your back forcing a hunch. the same is tru for lower back and abs.
Doing good, training right now for our upcoming bike trip down the coast. I wouldn't worry about your gut right now. I would continue to add size and worry about your stomach after. You've added some serious size on your arms. Maybe work your delts and chest a bit more.
you have made outstanding prog. i think your best pic is the second to last prog pic ( the front double bi flex ). i'd rate that one a 12!!! you should apply to be amature bb of the week on this site. keep up your excellent work - jeff
going great. Also out the office at clients fixing stuff.Trying to get a good set of abs, it's coming along just it's taking its time. I become mobile last year December. got my licence and brought myself a car, which is killing me on the repayments.
Thanks. I'm trying to get over 80kg's. Got 3 kgs to go. gained 4 kgs so far in 2 weeks. But damn I get tried of eating sometimes.. I haven't been on this site for sometime.How you been?BTW
Everything is going great. Started a 3 month course on my training. I'll be finish in July See that you have pack some size. Exllecent work on your traps,delts and biceps.
