The carb cycling is going good so far. I have taken in about 200 carbs on monday, 300 today for my high carb day and then about 50-60 tomorrow for my no carb day.  I call it no carb but there will be a few carbs, the only carbs i'm having is oatmeal in the morning and rice cakes the rest of...
