How I Started:
2003 I was at 28% body fat. I worked down to 10% and lost interest. I'm back as of 02/26/09 and ready to get going again.
Why I Love It:
There's something enjoyable about complete exhaustion, and being beefy. I love being able to throw my kids in the air and catch them.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am motivated entirely by cosmetic reasons. I work out only for cosmetic reasons. When looking better isn't in the cards, I lose interest.

Oh man, I've given up on jeans a long time ago. It was a frustrating struggle. The suits seem to fit where they assume everybody's chest is smaller than their waist...it's not like I'm a 250 beast or something. I guess anybody slightly out the norm is out of luck.

Oh yea, I've had some of those shoulder pains. I'm about where you're at overall, accept I'm gaining weight...right now nearly a pound a week. Gotta slow it down though cause I can be a fat-boy overnight. Stay motivated man!

Man, I hit 32 once on my bike and it felt like 140 in my car, scary (when neither is set up for that kind of speed). That's moving.

That's some good biking! I've been riding more myself lately as I enjoy it MUCH more than typical cardio. No better way to keep the furnace stoked than to moving a lot more. My furnace better be going, I gained 5lbs. in the last 1.5 weeks!

Hey snarkrob, sorry for the delay but I've been vacationing and haven't been on here much. Well, eggs would count for me if I liked them! But I hate them (bad experience as a kid)so I stay away. I'm stuck with meat and powder, all though I may try some tuna soon as all this meat is quite expensive.

to tell u the truth my conditioning is spot on already as a middle weight. I did all that I can. As long as i compete as either 158-160 I should win. There is the lone star classic about 5 weeks after that show. That would give me more time to work on whatever the judges tell me to work on.

Aww thanks! I just cant wait to feel comfortable in my own skin. Im just now starting to feel fit again. This site is great for motivation. I love talking to others about what they do etc. Nah I dont speak any portuguese, its a really cool language, my friend speaks it and it sounds really pretty. ;)
