Captain Ahab You are on your way. To reach your goal eat 5 to 6 small, high protein, low glycemic carb and good fat meals per day (that includes protein shakes), lift weights 3 to 4 times a week and do cardio at least 3 times a week. Continue this for a minimum of 12 weeks and you will soon see the bodyfat shrinking and your muscles getting defined. If I can be of any assistance feel free to give me a yell. CorkyG Rob, you can do it...Consistancy is the key...Training, Diet & Cardio. If you get a program & stick with it, you WILL reach your goals. But remember, it doesn't happen over night. BePrecise That's some good biking! I've been riding more myself lately as I enjoy it MUCH more than typical cardio. No better way to keep the furnace stoked than to moving a lot more. My furnace better be going, I gained 5lbs. in the last 1.5 weeks! Jun 23, 2009 8:03pm
