hurt my shoulder pitching at age 12, had to rehab w/ 1 lb. d-bells, just kinda progressed from there
Why I Love It:
the constant quest to improve on my physique, the challenge within myself, by myself, for myself
How I Stay Motivated:
really just by looking in the mirror; I am extremely critical of myself, and not a day goes by that I am satisfied by what I see! also by seeing what some other natural guys have accomplished with their physiques, icons in the sport
BB Accomplishments:
staying drug free. I have used legal OTC prohormones in the past, but never any illegals; I guess I just don't ever wanna look at myself in the mirror & feel I've cheated that guy looking back!! as a side note: I don't wish to sound judgemental; nothing against anybody who chooses to use WHATSOEVER, it's just a personal choice. I believe with proper nutrition, all-natural supplementation and ferocious drive I can get the results I'm looking for without the negative sides or potential for detrimental health issues down the road; I'm on a quest to prove this out!!

Last Thursday went to see my chiropractor, he diagnosed me with bursitis in the shoulder. Knew something wasn't right. I guess it's mild, and may be able to be treated quickly, but I can't do any upper body work for 2-4 weeks, then I'm re-evaluated. Took a few days off, figured out a way to keep...
That's it ... show 'em 'The Bod' .... let 'em know you can't make it through a door w/o having to turn sideways because the upper body's so thick ... strike fear and terror in the competition. ;) LOL That's only a partial exaggeration. :D Steve, you're looking awesome .. and THAT is no exaggeration!
walking due to sheer terror! LOL Next 1/2 is this Saturday ... my old favorite the Helvetia Half. This year it's going to be a lot warmer ... and sunnier. At least the beer at the end will taste much better. :)
Hi Steve. You've posted an interesting 4-day split routine. but, i have one question for u.. when ur saying 6×3 do u mean 6 sets for 3 reps each or 3 sets for 6 reps each?
