The last time I did this on a regular basis- 28 lbs and 18 inches gone in 3 months! Let's see how much better I can do this time :) 'Cause I know I can!

After a devestating past 5-6 years which culminated in the recent loss of my big brother (my minder & my hero), my motivation and self worth just flew out of the window!!! Thanks to the great folks on this site - my motivation is ramping back up and the support from these folks is just mind blowing! I love and appreciate them all - even when they tell it like it is!(Yeah! I need that, really) My ultimate goal is to have my body back - working hard at it is the challenge - but we are all in this to challenge ourselves - right? I WILL look fabulous in a bikini, in my clothes and most of all - yep I am gonna say it - in the BUFF! I CAN and WILL do this! Whoo hoo! Let's get it done one Snack-Cake workout at a time!
