I have weight trained for purpose of football.Now I train because it alllows me to compete with myself.
Why I Love It:
being able to set the world aside its just you and the weights and they aren't gonna move unless you move them

the stress relief of working out and the people of the fitness world who share my passion and oh yeah my wife keeps me motivated
BB Accomplishments:
NASM certified as of June 01,2009. Still working on the trainer body though still got 70 pounds to lose.

Just had a peep at your wt loss table am totally impressed !Slow and steady is better than yo-yos and at this rate you'll lose close to 100lbs per year which is not a laughing matter

Living on the road is tuff. I lived on chili,beef jerky , and soda, now I'm back to working out and it helps. If you can truck man just hang tuff. It's the differences we make in or apperance that keeps us going. Doing good brother.

Thanks. You should see the goatee I chopped off right before that pic was taken. I'll post it sooner or later. Did you make your goal before the Arnold? Stick w/ it. I weighed 380lbs on Tday 2007, down to 220 at Xmas 2008. You can do it too.

Thanks for the blog comment, yeah I normally don't like metal but when lifting weights i do because it makes me feel hardcore and "in the zone" haha. And I agree, cardio sucks, but its 10 times better with some good music!
