I got started working out once I joined the Army and needed to stay in top shape for my APFT,once I started really hitting the gym, I got hooked.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling I get after a workout.

So here I thought my first picture was bad. I guess I better keep up with the training, maybe tweak my routine a bit, and I better be eating right! It takes patience gaining muscle mass won't happen over night! Train hard or Go home.
