How I Started:
my aerobics class got cancelled so i decided to join the gym and just gradually started lifting weights more and more.Now i compete and i love it!!!
Why I Love It:
the way it makes you feel. I love being able to tell people that i lift weights and i stay small because of it. i'm a living example of how weights dont make you bulky!
How I Stay Motivated:
looking at my progress as well as other peoples progress. and knowing that getting up on stage in a bakini is something no one ever thought i would do.

Lypo 6X i take it one in the morning, one arround 3, just helps with overall energy.

i think all you have to do is walk out and do a couple turns and strut your stuff. you should try it. you are very pretty, nice skin, and a great body! you would get 1st place! nationals is in Ft Lauderdale this year Nov 21st Jr. Nationals is in Chicago in June.

i am definitly going to Nationals, one of my best friends is competing and should get his pro card. i may compete there too depending on my growth over the next few months but i really want to wait a year before i go to a big National show. i think you would do well in bikini for sure.
