HOW I STARTED:

I've always been an athlete and have always enjoyed working out. I've played softball, basketball, and lacrosse and enjoy running and cycling. I've always had a "slim/athletic" build, but I've never seen true muscle tone. I've had "stick" arms since forever and am tired of it. I want to have muscle and gain strength! So, I'm tired of just wanting and now am going to finally make this happen for myself! :-)

WHY I LOVE IT:

I love working out because it gives you such a wonderful opportunity to better yourself. Not only does it totally change your body and how you feel, but it helps you live a longer, healthier life. I love feeling stronger and fitter as the days go on and I love challenging myself.
