Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
notebook.i've tried working out with a log and without one.working with a log keeps me more focused
Other than the obvious benefits (appearance, health, etc.), how has bodybuilding and fitness improved your overall life?
I think that the constant need to improve myself has extended into other areas of my life.i'm happier and more confident
What are your personal NON-FITNESS life goals?
retire in my thirtys (yes its a long shot)

well i'm known 4 being very quick nd i used 2 have problems being pushed around playing soccer.so basically i focus on de upper body nd my legs basically just look after themselves.
i'm doing 5x5 sets at de moment.with short rest periods

Almost 20 added and almost all in muscle and definition since start. Solid improvements on chest, arms and shoulders on profile pic. Great job. Andre
