What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?

That's great, I love football. Everything is good here, been pushing myself with the weights and really picking up the cardio going long distances trying to build up the endurance. Hope you have a great day! Happy Training :) Amber

LOL that’s funny. I bet they hurt even more once you wake up from sleep. It definitely looks to me like your bulking up! great job! Are you sore? My soreness always gets worse when I go to sleep.I thought I pulled something last week,hubby said that’s what working out does. The good sore! LOL Not up to much but I'm looking for ways to reduce the fat in my arms. I want them toned but I don't want them as big. Any suggestions?
