How I Stay Motivated:
Lots of reading, writing, shopping for new (workout) clothes in smaller sizes. Challenging myself to run further & faster.
BB Accomplishments:
Dropping my body fat % from the mid-30's to the high high teens! Completing 6 chin-ups in a row. (Hoping to update this within the next 3 months with the # 10!) Running my first marathon in 4:04:54! Finishing my second and third marathons under 4 hours! Learning to swim & ride a bike so I could complete my first triathlon!
