Do you tell your friends and/or family about your fitness goals?
Yes
Why or why not?
Well the more you talk about it the more you want to accomplish. Indirectly you may just motivate your friends or family to get more in tune with their fitness and health as well.

What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?
Whey Protein Isolate, Waxy Maiz Starch, Beta-Alanine, Citrulline Malate, HMB, Leucine, ALCAR, Xtend, Vitamin C, and Grape Seed Extract. This is my normal post-workout cocktail because it covers all bases.Whey Protein Isolate, Waxy Maiz Starch, Beta-Alanine, Citrulline Malate, HMB, Leucine, ALCAR, Xtend, Vitamin C, and Grape Seed Extract. What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Listen to some hardcore rock or metal music and sometimes I'll watch some workout videos on youtube like wrath's animal training videos!
Alright, you know this ridiculous weather is really starting to get on my last nerve. Damn, I can't stand living in Wisconsin anymore...GRRRR! Now to compound my frustration and anger I have strayed away from working out at my gym (Anytime Fitness) and gone back to working out down in my...
hey bro thanks for the comment, i appreciate the support! wheres some pics of your progress? your stats imply youve got some large amount of mass.. all the best.. Nik.
Yeah i did get your email, thanx again. Just need to find some money so i can buy some supps now.
I'm doing alright. **** got all ****ed up with my girlfriend for a week and a bit so i took like 10 days off the weights which i kinda regret now. At the time though i couldnt even focus and the last thing i need would be to force a workout and hurt myself or something.
I thought it was a good time too. I'm supposed to be at my prime so i better look like it!
Sometimes it's hard to not get down on myself and stay positive if i miss a workout or something...but then i try to think that in the long run, a bad day here and there isn't the end of the world. I just gotta keep coming back harder the next time!!
You really seem to know your supps. I wanted to ask you where you get your bulk beta-alanine and citrulline malate?
Hey man, congrats on benching 400! That is quite a feat. Your progress really interests me since I'm 20 right now and started working out seriously 8 months ago when I was 19. As much as I like seeing gains over a short period of time, I always keep in mind that I'm in this for the long haul, and real results take years not weeks or months.
Sean, I used to use reverse psychology like that: turn everyone else's negativity towards what I was doing as motivation...Not so much anymore...Doesn't take much for me to 'zone out' during training, LOL
"I love feeling like I am invincible. When I work out it is my time to unleash the beast and let out the psychotic, relentless aggression that fuels me to be the absolute best I can be. Its an invigorating feeling like no other"...I used to feel this while training, but not so often anymore; I need and WANT it BACK!!!
I haven't 'lost touch' with my body, just don't feel so comfortable IN it anymore, LOL. Yeah, 6 weeks is PLENTY of time to make progress. Either cutting or bulking...It has been suggested to me that I concentrate on bulking some more and forget this competition, and focus on getting in the best possible shape for October, and the comps that REALLY matter...
Thanks. Yeah when I first started back in March of 2006 I could barely do the bar at my school so I just improved as best as I could from there. I thought I've made a lot of improvements but it's always good to hear the ol' critique. See ya around.
hi you replied to a forum comment i left i have a couple more questions if you dont mind you seem pretty intelegint on the supplement area?
let me know if your willing to help or answer a question thanks
mitch
I am so DONE with Nitrix it's ridiculous. I thought I knew what good NO2 pumps were and such. I now know that Nitrix does NOT hold up to the competition. I am currently taking White Flood and I was like, Nitrix blows compared to this.
