I did basic training. Lost 70+ pounds then gained 30+ back within 6 months. I lost interest in working out. Just recently I decided I'm sick of being fat and overweight.
Why I Love It:
Makes me feel good about myself. A sense of accomplishment. Working toward a goal.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking in the mirror and old pictures.
BB Accomplishments:
None so far. Plenty of goals have been set though. 1 step at a time!
Wow. I'm a bag-o-shit. I apologize to everybody who has read any of my blogs. As you can see by my update that I've gained some weight. I am officially back and have purchased an elliptical for my living room so I've fixed one of my many issues with exercising, TIME. I now have NO excuse...
As a fellow Canadian I just thought that I would say that if you really want to lose weight and get into great shape it is best to follow a proven program. I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36 to 10% bodyfat and my wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 in only 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program. Push yourself, possibly out of your comfort zone and you may be amazed at the results and how fast they happen. It will be well worth the effort.
