How I Started:
well i started working out 5 years ago and loved everything about it. but then just 4 months ago i had my baby number 3 and 4 twins!!! and so it was like starting all over! so her i am back to sqaure one
Why I Love It:
I love being able to go into my closet and picking anything i have to wear up and it fits!!! theres nothing better :) also i want to be a great roll model to all my kids,i need to be at my best for them as well as myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
i have an amazing boyfriend! he is there by myside helping my daily. If i feel im having a bad day hes there pushing me through it..

I want to be a great role model for my children. i want to be able to enjoy life to the fullest with them. I don't want to become that mom that lets herself go for her faimly. I need to stay fit for my family, that will over all make me a stronger person. I love being in shape and i enjoy every part that comes with it, The workouts, the structure, and how it makes me into a better person. But just 3 weeks ago i had my twin babies and feel like i have no idea were to start at with getting myself back into shape. I would like to weight around 140 lbs and have a tone body. i dont want to be skinny fat nor do i want to have to much muscle. I would like to lose my extra 20 lbs within 3 month, and work on toning my body at the same time. Also by next march i woild love to be ready to compete in a fitness competition!
The articles are normally 4 weeks behind by the time they go up live to the main site :-) thats for all articles not just mine; just submitted the 4th one, so soon I think you'll see what I looked like a month ago! Sorry I dont know more!

hey lady! hope you're having a great day...I did a lot of experimenting w/ nutrition plans. You have to be open to try a lot before finding what fits you. What plan are you on now?
Hey girly! Thanks for the add! Steve is an online trainer... www.fitnesspoynters.com is his website. I'm on the Extreme Fat Destruction Plan and it's worked wonders for me! You get a workout and meal plan... only stipulation is you have to be able to go to the gym at least 4 times a week, otherwise you'd over train on this type of workout! If you'd like a more in depth answer let me know and I'll send ya a pm:)
