When I Started:
Nov, 2008
How I Started:
My dad owns a gym so I've been around lifting my whole life. I never really got into it until my freshman year of college when i took a weight lifting class just for kicks. I really fell in love
Why I Love It:
Keeping your body healthy and strong is so important. I want to live life to the fullest and I definitely couldn't do that being fat and out of shape.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing progress and watching my body change week by week is an amazing feeling. It's just something that shows you that your hard work is paying off!! Knowing that I'm bettering myself for the present and future keeps me going and wanting to progress further
I want to be as fit as possible, and possibly someday compete in natural bodybuilding
Goal (Long):
The first year of my new found fitness life was pretty successful. the past couple months though have been difficult and ive gained back most of the weight i lost...now that this semester is just about over, and im definitely less stressed, im getting back into it hard. im going to lean out a little bit now because my fat is just ridiculous. Then hopefully ill start to build nice lean muscle and have some good definition. Im tired of feeling fat, sloppy and uncomfortable. time to be hot again.:)
PSYCH on the whole sponcered athlete thing. i was a fool to think it could actually be happening! not to talk bad about the chick that was hooking me up with it, but shes a dumb bitch. pardon my french.
any how.i quit lifting AND dieting(which was a biiigggggg no no.)for a little bit cuz i...
I stopped by to say way to go and to wish you nothing but success as you continue towards your fitness goal. Too many people think it can’t be done and so they don't even try but you have proven/are continuing to prove that with hard work and determination it can be. I look forward to watching your progress. Stay strong, focused and determined and may God bless.
You are proof that you cannot dream yourself into the body you want: you must hammer and forge it, rep by rep.
What am I studying...lol...that's the question of the semester. I'm technically in physics...really thought i liked it, but am really doing horribly. I really just want to be done. I want to own a gym eventually, so I'll never use it anyway. And there aren't alot of my kinda people around here...this is my 5th year and i've NEVER seen a girl that looked into building muscle in the gym here.
No problem at all! Quite frankly, I am very impressed when I look at your pictures, and think you have a lot more motivation than most people your age - great job!
