Workout Schedule Monday- Upper-body Tuesday - Lower-body Wednesday - Abs Thursday - Upper-body Friday - Lower-body Saturday & Sunday - Rest Cardio - 30-40 minutes four times a week.



Meal Plan


Breakfast - Oats, eggs and coffee


Morning Snack - Protein Shake

Lunch - 1/2 cup rice, 4 oz  protein, salad or veggies, and green tea

Afternoon snack - 4oz ground turkey, rice or potato and green tea

Dinner - 4 oz lean protein,salad, balsamic vinegar and green tea

Hi everyone,


I signed up last night for the ON Transformation Challenge. I'm hoping to gain some muscle and tighten up my stomach.


My meal plan is...


Breakfast - Oats, eggs and coffee


Morning Snack - Protein Shake


Lunch - 1/2 cup rice, 4 oz  protein, salad or veggies, and green tea
