How I Started:
A coaching friend of mine said I was 'cut' and should start building some mass and I followed his lead.
Why I Love It:
I thrive on the compliments, it ehances my overall well-being both mentally and physically. I often get accused of being on the 'sauce'..LOL
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated because I teach at an alternative school. The kids who come there are felons etc, they size me up real quick and I rarely have a problem!

To stay thick yet flexible for optimal sprinting speed on world-class level as a master.
