The holidays were a blast for me! I ate a bit too much as well. Hitting the gym at least 3 days a week. Hoping to fit it in more now that the holidays have passed.

Awe thank you! The holidays got a way with me a little, lol.. Time to lay off the fudge and reign it in. This was the first year in a while that I allowed myself to splurge a bit, boy is it hard to leash that monster!...

I got up to 16 miles of hills and that was about all my knees wanted to take. I am back at the gym and loving it.

I feel like I took 5 steps backward yesterday, lol.. but it was all so yummy, especially the chocolate cake. I am so glad I don't keep that stuff around all the time.

I am back to hitting it hard! I need to up my motivation. It is hard to stay motivated without a show in mind. I see why so many compete. How did the Rugby end up? What will you be doing in the off season?

So where are the pictures of you covered in mud? I would love to see them. My knees are toast. I am supposed to run 5 miles speed run today. Not sure I am ready to run again. I am going to Fitness Model International with my Bro Wed -Sun.. will be taking it easy as far as workouts. A few runs on the beach.

Boy I really don't know Rugby terms, lol.. Things have been awesome! I ran 16 miles of hills this weekend. Mentally, it was one of the hardest things I have ever done. I can't wait until 16 miles feels like nothing.
