Workout Program:
i am new to body building so here is what i do.

upper}
!includes regular benchpress.= i do 4 sets of tens in all. my first set are warmups usually 80 pounds.
my second set i do 100 pounds. my third set i do 110 pounds [i usually try and add 10 more pounds per set excluding warmup].and for my fourth set i do 120. then after working the bench i drink one 8 0z serving of muscle tech nitro tech. Then i go run one mile. I don't know if this is good or not the reason i run a mile is to let my muscles rest. Some people tell me this is good some say it is bad. I do not know so if it is please let me know cause everyone i was talkin to couldn't explain why it was bad.

So after i do a mile. I go and set the bench at a military incline angle. I do 4 sets just like on the bench same process. I usually try and warm up with just the bar i know it is not alot of weight but i like getting the full workout i don't like overloading and not being able to finish. Then on the first set i do 65. and i use the same add ten pounds each set method until finished

thats all that i do for upper but i am wanting to expand my upper workout program alot farther than what it is now

lower}
well i am a squats die hard fan when i was losing weight i was using squats to help build muscle in my legs so that i could hall my but at a 6.0 mph jog on a 8.0 incline lol

well i just know fount out that theirs diffrent squats so i'm sorry to say i have just been doing regular squats but i am deffinetly going to start doing all three kinds

well i do squats on a 4 set of tens routine. first i start warmup using 100 pounds. then on every set after that i add 20 lbs

well i am sorry to say that i haven't even ever worked out my back so i don't have a routine for back but trust me i will in the future
