How I Started:
my mom met a guy who turned out to be a hardcore gymnist i went with him on a family extra pass to nf and i pumped some iron.well i don't know why but i fell in love with it. i guess being able to watch myself devolope over a week you know not by much but i still was able to bench ten punds more on my sets than before and by watching myself improve that much i signed a three year contract with nf and I met a trainer named jason. who was really nice and told me how to lose weight and showed me not much but just enough to get started
Why I Love It:
because i am not that good at sports
but i wandered into a gym and decided to do some weights and figured out that i was actually good at wieght training well not real good but average but the thing that really got me going was i was told by some traineers and individual people at the gym that i had a large frame and that i naturally was built for body building
How I Stay Motivated:
well i used to weigh 220 pounds and was 5'4 now i weigh 180 pounds and i am 6'0
at fifteen. And what really kept me motivated was that my best friend was trying to lose weight so he started taking diet pills and got into the gym with me. Well i didn't feel like spending money on diet pills so i just ate healthy and done alot of cardio come to the end of the 2 months he lost 30lbs and i lost 40 that is what motivated me
plus all of the hot girls started paying more attention to me since i lost all that weight and started weight lifting
BB Accomplishments:
well i just started bodybuilding but i did lose fourty punds in two months without diet pills
