Holy crap I am angry! I woke up this morning feeling like a total failure. I look at myself in the mirror and do not like the progress (or lack of) I am making. It is so strange, I think the anger at myself carries over to everything else I am doing. I really do not get angry often, and what feels like anger turns to apathy and lethargy. Does anyone else let their anger turn into the "I don't care" kind of attitude? If so, where does that come from?
