Well, my husband is a "BIG GYM" head, so i got it from him...He Inspired Me...

The discipline it takes to work out with three kids is not easy,because i also have three myself so i applaud you.Keep up the good work it really shows.

I completely understand. I weigh about 130 & have not muscle definition. I still think my legs are like chiken drums, Skinny ankles with thick thighs. Always skinny,now too thick like cottage chees. Mygoal is to change that cottage into muscle, Big Muscles.
