topheliaC i started early spring of last year..and it was rough, because i love my junk food and late night binging, but i started running in the park and eating better along with going to the gym and graduatly the layers starting melting off...i did take a month or so off inbetween because for work, but i'm back full force...in the gym at least 5 days a week and loving the progress Jan 31, 2011 3:46pm
