Back in 2003 I went on vacation and got those pictures back...you know the ones.... the HOLY CR*P !!! I look like that!!! Ones..... So I hit the gym the very next day and in 11 months lost 50 lbs. Over the next year I started sprinting and lifting more often and lost an additional 10 lbs. I am currently working with a trainer who has me on a strict diet/ training program and by next summer (2008) I will, with some sweat and determination, put some muscle on this scrawny body!
Why I Love It:
I love lifting because it gives me a focus, relieves stress and just makes me feel damn good!
How I Stay Motivated:
I have a goal. I will reach it. That is motivation enough!

I am currently trying to put on 15 lbs of muscle. I am working with Cathy Savage and Jodi... 2 amazing woman who have helped me overcome some huge obstacles. I am training for a show in Washington mid August. Right now all I do is eat and train hard. I have in just 6 weeks added several inches to my arms, legs and butt. I have never felt so focused on something in my life. Feels so damn good!
