Girl... I am struggling with the diet! Holiday food is sooo good! I just need to get back on the horse and stick to the plan, or I am gonna start the new year way to heavy and I know I dont want to do that!

I bet it it hard when you cant control how your food is made! So for water I usually drink around a gal and a half on weds, half that on thurs, half again on fri, but stop drinking all together at 6pm, and only sips of water show day... Some people I have talked to stop drinking earlier friday... Good luck to ya!

So hard to say cause everybody is different! I would try taking salt down to 75 mgs a meal next Monday and doing that for a week... are you going to take water pills?
