Started acouple years ago but really only got serios last year. Just want to improve my body and meet my fitness goals.

im the one all the way to the right...this was taken last summer and ive been lifting regualry now for about 7 months.
Me in febuary 09'. i had abround 11% body fat and 193 lbs.

My goal is to increase my strength and cut my body fat. I also want to gain lean muscle.
Goal (Long):
My goal is to obtain 10% body fat by june 20th and bench 240. Right now I'm around 11% and my max is 235. By the end of 09 I want to acheive 7% body fat and weigh 210 lbs, and max 280 on bench.

Just took another look at you latest pics! Specially the pic of your back. There are many many small details that are extremely good, and well etched out! Though not a Bodybuilding issue, you're change of haircut serves you very well. ...and once you start posing with shorter hair it'll make your body more edgy!! Good luck with the girls!!!!

I've been looking up on your profile. The will always be hecklers, that say this is wrong and that is wrong, and it will never matter what you look like. The teen years is supposed to be the good years of your life, and let nobody destroy that! You have a lean muscular body, and be proud of that! Not bodybuildier body yet, but what the hell, it takes time. You have potential!!!!

Thanks so very very much! On the pic displayed now, maybe thanks to poor lightning, you're biceps looks very very good too Sometimes very poor lightning creates shadows, and in your case it works very very well so all can see, very many muscle details, that might have been lost if you had pro lightning!
