When I Started: Nov, 1981
How I Started: Started lifting in high school football but realized I liked the lifting more than the football. So I've been lifting for 25 years and have been personal training for 16 years. So, I've learned a thing or two. Since summer and finding, BodySpace.com I've recommitted myself and I'll be reaching my goals in '08.
Why I Love It: You can make your body look however you like.
How I Stay Motivated: It's some what easier now. I've lost 30 lbs since June and there's nothing like success for motivation.
BB Accomplishments: None. I don't have the genetics to be competitive in bodybuilding.
Forum Signature: It's better to under-train than to over-train.
