Started lifting in high school football but realized I liked the lifting more than the football. So I've been lifting for 25 years and have been personal training for 16 years. So, I've learned a thing or two. Since summer and finding, BodySpace.com I've recommitted myself and I'll be reaching my goals in '08.
Why I Love It:
You can make your body look however you like.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's some what easier now. I've lost 30 lbs since June and there's nothing like success for motivation.
BB Accomplishments:
None. I don't have the genetics to be competitive in bodybuilding.
I am OK for the most part to be honest - my kidneys have been hurting - for awhile now - part of the reason I had to take a break from working out - I have increased my protein intake - maybe thats why who knows ?? LOL PM if you get the chance -
Hi hun :) the worlds aren't until october. I really have no idea how I will do.. I dont think any british woman has ever placed very well at this comp :( oh well, I can try tho lol. Dont think i'll do any world touring LOL. I'm not popular enough for all that :)
Hi Steve! The brace is a "supportive" measure. Takes a lil' pressure off when I'm lifting "hevy". SLDs @ 135lbs today. I'm progressing quite favorably. Well, hope ur week is a good one. *smile*
