Thanks...but that pic hasn't been updated since before I left for Spain. I have been struggling with lower body fat for a while and want to strip away the fat. I am on page 24 of 51. You got everyone talking.
I posed this question in another thread, but I would like your opinion. I miss the StairMaster at my gym back home, and I cannot wait to get back on it. I read the comments, but I am still unsure. Is it okay to do the cardio if my body is able to handle it?

I have been seriously addicted to reading the velocity diet questions thread. Thanks for all the info. I am so excited to start this when I get back to the States in less than two weeks! Congrats on all of your progress!

haha...i haven't even left for spain yet. 8 days until. i am a little worried about the diet and exercise. it shouldn't be that hard to maintain...right?

I used about 70% reistance training and 30% cardio. I've built up all the msucle I want for now, so I've switched to 90% cardio now. I still have a layer of fat over my stomach that will not go away! Weight and height mean nothing, it's all about BF% and fat displacement. I wish it was just numbers though.

It took about a year to do so. I was a slacker in the beginning, not taking it too seriously, just working out. Cleaning up my diet and calculating my macros has helped me break my plateau. Good luck with your goal.
