How I Started:
My brother motivated me to start working out since he was a workout freak and I was unhappy with my body.
Why I Love It:
I get excited when I go to the gym. I love MWF workouts because they are ab days. I am happy with the results I have seen. So far I have lost 18 pounds and only have the last few to go.
How I Stay Motivated:
When I don't work out I feel lazy, like I haven't accomplished anything that day. I am motivated everytime I look in the mirror because I look so different from what I did a year ago.
I want to live a long and healthy life free of disease. I also want to help others around me lead a healthy life. Everyday I worry that my Dad will not live long enough to see my grandchildren. I, and the rest of my family, have a hard time getting through to him and helping him realize that he needs to change his lifestyle. I want to make people realize that they are their own motivation and that anyone can get the body they want when they put their mind to it. I love to see people lose weight and get in shape, and helping someone find themselves in that journey to lose weight and be healthier would me the world to me.
As the new year has come upon me, I have been disappointed with my behavior over the last couple of months. Way too much drinking, partying, and unhealthy eating. It is the time for change! I leave for Spain in 18 days and I need to get my life together before I leave! So right now I...
Hey thanks... Remember though, I'm not supporting the V-Diet much anymore, more like helping those who are doing it, do it right. By the looks of things though, you don't need to do it. :)
It's hard when you are out of your element to eat how you normally would. Exercise is also a struggle. Can you take a jug of protein powder on a plane? Hah
