Hey man looks like your routine is working for you. I've got a huge spare tire, I was wondering if you could give me some tips on how to lose that. Holla back and keep up the good work.
Thanks for the add, looks like you have done a good job losing some weight. The best tip I can give is to train really hard - high intensity - and keep pushing yourself or you will get in a rut, change things around regularly, get plenty of rest, and really watch the diet. There are lots of great articles and advice on here, so you're in the best place for help. Good luck!
Diet, Cardio, and training!! All three are equally as important. Eat every three hours and take in more protein than carbs. Do 45 min of cardio daily with your HR at around 130. That should do the trick.
