I am always thinking of increasing the poundages on my lifts. I am focused on strength primarily, as opposed to Bodybuilding. I'm a strength athlete who lives, sleeps, eats, and breathes the fantastic sport of Powerlifting.
I don't get paid monetarily, but I train like a Professional Athlete and live the Spartan Lifestyle. It pays off constantly.

Deadlifted today for the second time in many years. At 70% of my 1 rep max set when I was 35 lbs lighter. I was at 90% of my 1 rep max for the Curls. Body weight was 184 1/2 lbs today.
Todays workout:
Conventional Deadlift: 135 X 3; 165 X 3; 215 X 2 (warmups); 250 X 1 X 10...
I do not use foam roller. I will check it out

I do all stretching workouts. The onez recommended for sciatica (youtube videos)
Bodyweight workouts (abs and lower back)
I wanted to know if few lite weight reverse leg curls and lunges are of any use to speed up the recovery . I do not feel any pain . it is just mild numbness in the hips
Also was your the same case ?

I saw your thread on sciatica. and hence messaged you.
I will keep it as short as possible. Here is what happened.
Some 6 months back i had lower back spasm during rows and my tailbone area used to ache. Since then i have recovered a lot. almost complete recovery.
However now a days there is pain in my sciatic nerve. Since X - Rays were normal. I am suspecting it is because of tight periformis muscle.
You've got some good definition, but you need to work on the abs man. Good #'s otherwise. Not many 45 yr. olds can hang anywhere near me so good job.
