Started in the military it was off and on until the last 2 years.
Why I Love It:
I love the challange of pushing yourself every workout .Most of all the feeling it gives.You feel good and full of energy.The complements from others does not hurt either.

Just wanting to improve yourself everyday.

Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
Due to work and family it is alot easier to come home and get a good work out.No extra travel time or waiting for equipment. cons-need more leg equipment at the house.

Thank you so much believe or not I lose more wights just by bodybuilding I workout 4 time a day rest in between. My just walking on days I'm not in the gym. Good luck with all your goal have a blessed day.
