I love the challange of pushing yourself every workout .Most of all the feeling it gives.You feel good and full of energy.The complements from others does not hurt either.

Home
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
Due to work and family it is alot easier to come home and get a good work out.No extra travel time or waiting for equipment. cons-need more leg equipment at the house.

Monday-Triceps straight bar pushdowns giant sets of 12 10 8 .Start with enough weight that takes everything you have to get 12 reps then decrease the weight do 10 reps then decrease again and do 8 more reps do this 3 times.Then you do 3 sets of 12 dumbell kickbacks. ...

Thank you so much believe or not I lose more wights just by bodybuilding I workout 4 time a day rest in between. My just walking on days I'm not in the gym. Good luck with all your goal have a blessed day.
