How I Started:
Worked out a lot in college and for 5 yrs after college. Marriage and kids stopped that. I gained about 35 lbs and decided it was enough.
Why I Love It:
Keeps me energized and self-confident in the rest of my life.
How I Stay Motivated:
Self-esteem and results. I do not want what I have already achieved to go to waste. I find tracking meals and workouts keeps me more involved and interested.
BB Accomplishments:
I have lost 35 lbs and lowered body fat 18%. (lost 42 lbs fat).
Moved onto harder weight training and specifically tracking my diet online, no more guesswork. I am recovering from rotator cuff surgery.
